The location of the Magnolia Hotel was fantastic. Easy access to downtown attractions made our stay enjoyable. The staff demonstrated excellent service, especially during check-in. they upgraded us from a queen room to a spacious king corner room. The complimentary wine and cheese package we ordered added a special touch to our anniversary. Evening cookies and milk were a delightful surprise! The shuttle was a convenient option to get to the Old Market area. However, we faced issues during our stay. The bed was softer than I prefer, which made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Some dishes at breakfast were dry and could use improvement. We also waited a long time for the shuttle one evening, which was disappointing. But overall, we had a memorable experience and will likely return.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Our experience was pleasant. The historic feel of the hotel was charming, and the comfortable bed made for a nice rest after exploring the area. Be mindful of the shower layout, though. it's a bit tricky. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast—it has good options!

We stayed here with our two small children, and the classic decor really caught their attention with its fun and unique flair. We loved our well-appointed deluxe king room, which had ample space for our family. The location was ideal for seeing the city and its attractions, making our visit highly enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the fire alarms going off late at night were very disruptive and unsettling during our stay. Additionally, a more reliable shuttle service for families would have been helpful to avoid stress when trying to get to events.

Hotel has a nice courtyard and offers complimentary milk and cookies in the evening. Disappointingly, the service at breakfast was slow, and my meal didn't meet expectations. Enjoyed the live music during happy hour. Didn't appreciate the noise from wedding guests in the hall.
